Our Story

Poor hygiene, malnutrition, improper drinking water, and lack of accessibility to healthcare facilities causes thousands of people to suffer from different types of disease.

The Democratic Republic of Congo has one the world’s highest rates of maternal mortality in childbirth and death in children. Approximately one in seven children die before they reach the age of five.

Our mission is to assist women and children in rural areas of Congo by providing accessible healthcare.

Founded in 2014, Kapy Bash Foundation works alongside a group of experienced physicians in Congo to help provide women and children with monthly health check-ups. We are currently emphasizing more efforts related to health education within these communities.

Led by our counselor, Sylva-Gracia Lumbayi, Kapy Bash Foundation continues to provide special care & support of women and children in these communities.
